Popular Ghanaian dance artiste, Danita Akosua Adomaah Yeboah, also known as Afronitaaa, received a heartwarming surprise as she celebrated her 21st birthday on November 30, 2024.
Afronitaaa marked the occasion with dozens of friends, family, and well-wishers at an all-white event in Accra.
In viral videos on social media, the celebration took an unexpected turn when the celebrant was blindfolded and led outside by her parents.
To her astonishment, Afronitaaa was presented with a brand new 2024 Toyota CH-R as her birthday gift.
Overwhelmed with joy, she could be seen jumping and trying to hold back her tears in the videos.
The gesture was met with an outpouring of admiration and well-wishes on social media.
Fans and followers flooded her posts with heartfelt messages, praising her talent and expressing their joy for her special moment.
Born on November 30, 2003, Afronitaaa is a well-known Ghanaian dancer and choreographer who has been dancing professionally since she was 14 years old.
She is also the CEO of Afrostar Kids Academy, a dance school she founded to nurture young dance talents in Ghana and beyond.
Afronitaaa’s dance style, Afropop, blends traditional African dance with popular dance genres from around the world.
Her dedication to promoting Ghanaian culture through dance has earned her numerous awards and international recognition.
In addition to her dance career, Afronitaaa is a student at the University of Ghana, Legon, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Administration.
She has collaborated with various brands, artistes, and creatives both in Ghana and internationally, including in the UK, France, Dubai, Nigeria, Barbados, and Tanzania.
