British boxer Callum Simpson secured a dominant victory over Ghana’s Elvis Ahorgah to retain the Commonwealth Super Middleweight title on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Wembley Arena in London.

Simpson, the reigning titleholder, knocked out Ahorgah with a powerful right jab, leaving the Ghanaian unable to recover and continue.

Elvis Ahorgah, known by his ring name “The Soldier,” had a strong start. However, Simpson weathered the early attack before fully taking control of the fight.

“The Soldier” suffered his first international defeat and the third loss of his career after 16 fights.

He has secured 13 victories, 12 of which came by knockout.

Meanwhile, Callum Simpson remains undefeated in 17 bouts, with 12 wins by knockout.
