Ghanaian Hiplife artiste, Okomfour Kwaadee, has joined the campaign against the use of opioids, particularly a substance known as “Red” or “225,” after battling mental illness for several years.

The “Ofie Nipa” hitmaker, looking more stable after a long stay in rehab, has joined the fight against the illegal substance.

In a video shared on X on August 22, 2025, Kwaadee was seen with other individuals on the streets of Kumasi, campaigning against the practice.

In the same video, the musician was also captured holding hands with Akosua Agyapong as they joined organisers from the WillingWay Recovery and Rehabilitation Center and other personalities in the campaign.

The video has since sparked mixed reactions on social media.
