Ghanaian Hiplife artiste, Okomfour Kwaadee, has joined the campaign against the use of opioids, particularly a substance known as “Red” or “225,” after battling mental illness for several years.

The “Ofie Nipa” hitmaker, looking more stable after a long stay in rehab, has joined the fight against the illegal substance.

In a video shared on X on August 22, 2025, Kwaadee was seen with other individuals on the streets of Kumasi, campaigning against the practice.
