Ghanaian actor and entrepreneur Kwaku Manu has officially launched his long-anticipated real estate project, KM Golden Estate, in Obuasi in the Ashanti Region on Saturday, April 12, 2025.
The grand unveiling ceremony was a star-studded event, which had several of Ghana’s most beloved actors and comedians come out in their numbers to support the initiative.
Among the notable personalities present were Funny Face, Dr. Likee, Kyekyeku, 39/40, Papa Kumasi, Okomfour Kolege, and many others who showed up to celebrate the new achievement of Kwaku Manu.

During his address at the launch, Kwaku Manu expressed his deep motivation behind the project, saying, “I always feel happy when people have a place to lay their heads. That is why I decided to build this estate — to help provide decent and affordable homes for families.”
Before the crowd toured the land and inspected some of the buildings already under construction, Kwaku Manu outlined the layout of the estate to give everyone a clear understanding of the vision for the community.
The ceremony also had Kwaku Manu’s spiritual mother led a prayer to bless the land and the project’s future.
