Veteran Kumawood actress Christiana Awuni has expressed frustration with the younger generation’s attitude toward advice.

Speaking in an interview with Adom TV on July 6, 2025, Christiana noted that many young people today are not open to guidance from the older generation.

She made this statement when asked if she had any life advice to share, especially considering her experience and success over the years. In response, she said: “Am I expected to advise anyone in this era? The Gen Zs don’t take advice.”

She further explained that today’s youth are more independent and often see the older generation as outdated or irrelevant.

“They do what pleases them, and when you try to correct them, they think your mindset is archaic,” she stated.

She added, “When you accept advice, it helps you in many ways. Even we, the older ones, still take advice.”
