Media personality Genevieve Abrefa Yeboah, popularly known as Oheneni Adazoa, has sparked a conversation among netizens with a bold statement she made on social media.

In a video shared on X on October 3, 2025, Oheneni Adazoa advised men not to pursue jobless and uneducated women.

She explained that men should also raise their standards when entering into a relationship since they also deserve better.

“Men should listen to me because this part is also essential. Don’t go in for a lady who doesn’t have anything for herself. Don’t date a lady who is not educated, jobless, and broke.

‘They laughed at me for wanting to adopt’ – Oheneni Adazoa speaks

“Such women have a lot of burden. When her mother is sick, you will take care of her. In fact, her family burden will be on you,” she said.

Oheneni further noted that men should not pursue women solely for their beauty, as it fades with age.

“If they have made up their minds not to go in for broke guys, you people should also not go in for them. Don’t settle with a woman because of her beauty. You also deserve the best.

“It is equally good for a man to marry an educated and wealthy woman,” she added.
