Rev. Owusu Bempah (L) and Nana Agradaa (R)

The general overseer of Heaven Way Ministries International, Patricia Asiedu, popularly known as Nana Agraada, has dared Rev. Owusu Bempah to report her to the Inspector General of Police (IGP), George Akuffo Dampare if he is truly brave.

Speaking in an interview on GHPage TV on November 26, 2024, Agraada stated that Owusu-Bempah is currently dealing with a pending issue before the police, and if he dares to report her, the IGP would likely arrest him instead.

Agraada insisted that Owusu-Bempah’s threats are empty boasts on the internet.

“He is bragging, but he can’t do anything to me. He hasn’t made a formal case against me, yet he is threatening to ensure I am arrested this week. He talks as if he wrote the Ghanaian constitution. In front of me, he is a nobody. I have audios of Owusu-Bempah insulting me, telling people that he can’t forgive me for our past altercation, even though I went to apologise,” she stated.

She further challenged him: “I am putting it to him that if he is a man, he should go and report me to the police and see if he wouldn’t end up getting arrested instead.”

Agraada reiterated her earlier stance, labelling Rev. Owusu-Bempah a “fake man of God” by criticising his prophecy that NDC flagbearer John Dramani Mahama would win the 2024 election.

“Recently, he declared a fake prophecy about Mahama winning the elections. When I received a prophecy about Bawumia’s victory, did I send someone to deliver it? No, I sent the message myself. But because he is a liar, he had to send someone to deliver his fake prophecy to Mahama. Even after meeting Mahama and telling him he would win the election, look at the inappropriate comments he made in his church,” she established.

What Owusu Bempah said

In an earlier incident, Rev. Owusu-Bempah vowed to have Nana Agradaa arrested.

This comes after Agraada, a staunch supporter of NPP’s flagbearer Mahamudu Bawumia, took to social media to launch a scathing attack on Rev. Owusu Bempah.

Among other things, she accused him of giving fake prophecies by predicting that NDC’s John Mahama would win the forthcoming elections.

Rev. Owusu Bempah established that Agraada is allegedly being paid by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to insult and humiliate him for prophesying that the NPP would lose the elections.

“That woman, Agraada, I will make sure she is arrested this week. If it comes down to it, I will personally go to the police headquarters,” he stated.

How Agradaa and Owusu-Bempah’s feud began

The Glorious Word Power Ministry International founder and Nana Agraada have had an ongoing feud for several years, stemming from various incidents.

In 2021, Rev. Isaac Owusu-Bempah and six others were slapped with 11 new counts of criminal offences in a renewed fight against Nana Agrada.

The Offences included offensive conduct to the breach of peace and threats of death, as well as conspiracy to and abetment.

It was reported that Nana Agradaa, the complainant in the case, claimed that some individuals, including Owusu-Bempah, had brandished a gun at her, with a 24-hour notice to kill her over allegations that she had insulted the pastor.

The reports stated that Rev Owusu-Bempah and some of his church members reportedly stormed Agradaa’s home, brandishing a gun and daring her to come outside.
