PSV and OGC Nice have joined the race for the signing of Sweden-born forward of Ghanaian descent, Jonah Kusi-Asare.

The talented teenager marked his senior debut for Bayern Munich in the 2024/25 football season.

Manager Vincent Kompany featured the 17-year-old in Bayern Munich’s 3-0 victory over FSV Mainz 05 after being impressed by the attacker in the youth team.

Described widely as one of the exciting young talents in Germany, Jonah Kusi-Asare has become a transfer target of several clubs at the end of the season.

Besides PSV and OGC Nice, other clubs, including SK Rapid Wien, KVC Westerlo, Vejle BK, and FC Nordsjælland, are all interested in securing the services of the striker.

Bayern Munich are said to be open to the loan transfer of Jonah Kusi-Asare this summer.

The club believes in the talent of the teenager and wants to help him develop further in the coming years.

The German Bundesliga champions are expected to engage the representatives of Kusi-Asare after the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup to decide the best next step for the player.
