Keche Joshua is a member of the popular Keche music group

Joshua, a member of the popular Keche music group, has launched a strong criticism at rapper Pappy Kojo, claiming the artiste owes his rise to fame to actress Yvonne Nelson and musician Joey B.

Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM on December 10, 2025, Keche Joshua insisted that Pappy Kojo must publicly apologise to the two personalities if he wants to regain relevance in the music industry.

According to him, Yvonne Nelson and Joey B played major roles in projecting Pappy Kojo during the early stages of his career.

“People got fame before you came and it’s some of them who projected you. Yvonne Nelson posted you everywhere so if you it’s not her and Joey B, you wouldn’t have gotten fame. These are the people God used to make you famous,” he said.

Joshua argued that for Pappy Kojo to “hit again,” he must show remorse publicly.

“Before he will hit again, he should kneel down at Accra Mall and beg Yvonne Nelson and Joey B. he should call bloggers to take videos and post online,” he shared.

He noted that he would personally forgive Pappy Kojo if he takes that step.

“If he does that, I will also forgive him. I will make a song and feature him so he can blow again,” he shared.

He further stated that Joey B was instrumental in developing Pappy Kojo’s lyrical abilities.

“He didn’t know anything, it was Joey B who had been helping him write nice lyrics. Yvonne Nelson was also posting him every day,” he said.

Keche Joshua also expressed disappointment that Pappy Kojo seemed to compare his rap skills to his lyrical prowess.

“He wants to compare his rap to my lyrics and it’s sad,” he added.
