New York City’s Mayor Zohran Mamdani was met by crowds calling him a ‘traitor’ for attending a vigil organised by Israelis for Peace on the third anniversary of the October 7 attacks. Mamdani was also criticised by pro-Israel groups over a statement he released on the same day.
