Global football icon, Cristiano Ronaldo has opened up about the role his daughter played in his decision to propose to longtime girlfriend, Georgina Rodríguez.
According to Ronaldo, he is not a romantic man but the little push and encouragement from his daughter pushed him to take the big step towards marriage.
The Al Nassr captained in an interview with Piers Morgan spoke about his relationship and love life with Georgina Rodríguez.

He revealed that his friends brought the ring and his daughter woke him up at 1am in the morning to tell him “that daddy take this ring and propose to mummy.”
“I knew from that moment that it is the right time for me to take such a step. I knew i was going to do it one day but i didn’t plan to do it on that particular day,” Ronaldo told Piers Morgan.
Ronaldo and Georgina have been together since 2016 after meeting at a store in Madrid.
They have two children together, Alana Martina, born in 2017, and Bella Esmeralda, born in 2022.
