MC Portfolio Criticizes NDC Communicator Malik Basintale Over Social Media Remarks

MC Portfolio has called out National Democratic Congress (NDC) Deputy Communicator Malik Basintale over his recent social media activities which Portfolio believes are reckless and unbecoming of a political figure.

The controversy began after Basintale took to social media to urge loyal NDC supporters to be on high alert following the announcement of the December 7 general election results.

Basintale expressed dissatisfaction with the outcomes and hinted at potential action, stating that the party is working behind closed doors to resolve issues amicably.

However, he warned that should these efforts fail, 5,000 NDC supporters would be mobilized to take unspecified action.

Reacting to these comments, MC Portfolio expressed concern over Basintale’s inability to handle the public attention he has garnered since the elections.

Portfolio argued that the “fame” Basintale has achieved appears to influence his behavior, leading to inflammatory posts that could escalate political tensions.

“Malik Basintale has made a name for himself after the December 7 general election, but it seems he’s struggling to manage the fame that comes with it,” Portfolio stated.

He advised the NDC communicator to be more measured in his social media engagement, urging him to tone down his rhetoric during politically sensitive times.
