Ghanaian Afrofusion artiste Kelalie has been crowned the winner of the Let’s Hear It – Open Mic Competition (2nd Edition), marking a major milestone in his fast-rising music career.

Hosted by media personality Ohemaa Blondie, the second edition of Let’s Hear It brought together some of the most promising emerging talents in the Ghanaian music scene. Kelalie stood out with a compelling performance that showcased his vocal strength, emotional depth, and commanding stage presence.

As part of his victory, Kelalie has secured a fully sponsored trip to the United Kingdom, where he will represent Ghana on an international stage by performing at Ghana Party in the Park 2026, in collaboration with Akwaaba UK.

The annual festival is one of the largest celebrations of Ghanaian culture, music, and heritage in Europe, attracting thousands of attendees from across the diaspora.

Speaking on the win, Kelalie expressed gratitude for the platform and the opportunity to share his sound beyond borders, describing the moment as a significant step toward taking his music to the world.

This achievement further solidifies Kelalie’s position as one of the new voices shaping the future of Afrofusion, blending Afrobeats, R&B and soul into a sound that is both authentic and globally appealing.

With international exposure on the horizon, Kelalie’s journey continues to gain momentum as he prepares to bring his artistry to the UK stage in 2026.
