Ivanka promised two years ago that she wouldn’t be part of Trump’s election campaign, despite being deployed regularly on his first two.
‘I love my father very much. This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family. I do not plan to be involved in politics,’ she told Fox News in 2022.
‘While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena.
‘I am grateful to have had the honor of serving the American people and I will always be proud of many of our administration’s accomplishments.’
Ivanka was an adviser to Trump during his four years in office and named head of the newly established Office of Economic Initiatives and Entrepreneurship.
She led a delegation to India to promote women’s entrepreneurship, and spoke against human trafficking at the UN General Assembly.

Unique among Trump’s close family, Ivanka said she didn’t believe the her father’s lie that the 2020 election was ‘stolen’, and accepted claims of voter fraud had ‘zero basis’.
However, she insisted her relationship with her father ‘hasn’t changed and will never change’
‘I’ve had many roles over the years but that of daughter is one of the most elemental and consequential,’ she said.
‘I am loving this time with my kids, loving life in Miami and the freedom and privacy with having returned to the private sector.’
