Former Energy Minister Engineer Dr Boakye Kyeremateng Agyarko has pledged to end all cheating and injustice in the New Patriotic Party’s primaries if elected as the party’s chairman.

According to him, “providing fairgrounds for all party members during internal elections is one of the bases to restore unity in the party.”

“If you organize an election at 1:00 AM where interested parties are sidelined, then you end up creating disunity in the party,” he said.

“One of my strategies is to ensure fairness, justice and rule of law for a stronger party.”

Dr Agyarko made this known in an exclusive interview with Dr Cash on Kumasi-based OTEC FM’s afternoon political show Dwabrem on Wednesday October 1, 2025.

He noted that his leadership style will be inclusive, where all party members will be valued and given a platform.

Dr Agyarko called on party members to unite for victory in the 2028 polls, emphasizing that fairness and justice are essential for the party’s success.

With his pledge to end cheating and injustice, Dr Agyarko aims to bring about a new era of unity and progress within the NPP.
