Ghanaian dancer and choreographer, Dancegod Lloyd, has revealed the least amount he was ever paid for a performance in his career.
Speaking in an interview on the Konnected Minds podcast, Dancegod Lloyd was asked about the biggest job he has ever landed in his career.
The dancer stated that his most rewarding gig so far was when he worked with the government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Dubai.
According to him, that particular opportunity brought in a huge amount of money and made a big difference in his financial life.
“Going to Dubai to work with the UAE government. It brought me a lot of money. It changed my whole account. Seen bigger figures,” he said, without disclosing exactly how much he got.
When asked about the least amount he has been paid for a job, Dancegod Lloyd said that he was once given GH¢50 as compensation after a performance.
“The least is 50 cedis. I was given 50 cedis as compensation,” he stated.
