MC Yaa Yeboah (pictured) says Hajia4Reall has not sinned if she provided FBI with information

Entertainment pundit MC Yaa Yeboah has stated that Hajia4Reall has not committed any offence if she indeed provided information to the FBI leading to the arrest of some Ghanaians connected to a $100 million fraud scheme.

On June 18, 2025, reports from multiple sources indicated that Kofi Boat, along with a man identified as Agony and a third accomplice, are facing extradition to the United States for their alleged involvement in romance scams and money laundering.

In the wake of their reported arrests, speculation swirled on social media, with some users accusing Hajia4Reall of being the informant who tipped off the FBI.

Addressing the controversy on United Showbiz on June 21, 2025, MC Yaa Yeboah defended the musician, asserting that even if the allegations were true, she acted within her legal rights.

Referencing Section 20 of Ghana’s Criminal Offences Act, MC Yaa Yeboah emphasised that it would actually have been a crime for Hajia4Reall to withhold such information from authorities if she had prior knowledge of the individuals involved.

“Let’s say Hajia4Reall was the one who provided the FBI with the information. What wrong would she have done if she was the one? It is against our Criminal Offenses Acts if you know people involved in a crime and refuse to say it.

“We have to congratulate her for providing information on the people arrested if she was the one,” she said.

MC Yaa Yeboah also sent a stern caution to individuals accusing Hajia4Reall of being a “snitch”.

She emphasised that the FBI is working with information gathered for a longer period, therefore linking Hajia4Reall to the case can put her life in danger.

“I have seen lots of videos on snaps and people are happy. Some people have even gone on media platforms calling the FBI to investigate certain individuals. If the FBI wants to come at you, they will make sure they have gathered a lot of information that will prove their case right.

“Let us stop pointing fingers and leaving it for the right institutions to do their jobs. I can’t fathom why people are linking Hajia4Reall to the arrest. We should be careful because we are putting the girl’s life in danger,” she added.
