In a lighthearted moment, an elderly woman issues a playful warning to her daughter-in-law for cheating her during a shared meal.

In the clip, the pair was seen eating together when the elderly woman suddenly cautioned her daughter-in-law not to “cheat” her with the fruit slices.

The women were sharing a plate of watermelon slices when the elderly woman noticed that her daughter-in-law, Iya Feranmi, had eaten more than she had.

In Yoruba, the elderly woman exclaimed that Iya Feranmi had consumed three slices while she was still eating her first. Iya Feranmi pretended not to understand when she suggested that they eat separately.

Her stern yet humorous tone amused netizens, as she jokingly reminded her daughter-in-law to be fair with the fruit.
