The Electoral Commission (EC) has announced the 19 polling stations in the Ablekuma North constituency where a parliamentary election re-run will take place on Friday, July 11, 2024.
In a statement, the EC stated that this move aims to resolve the prolonged dispute stemming from the delayed announcement of election results nearly seven months after the polls.
Reaffirming its dedication to a fair and transparent process, the Commission called on all stakeholders—particularly political parties and their supporters—to collaborate in ensuring a peaceful and credible re-run.
