    Fire has gutted the premises of the DTRT Group, a leading textile and apparel manufacturer located at Adabraka near the Graphic Press in Accra.

    The blaze, reportedly started around 4:30pm on Thursday, October 2, 2025.

    Personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) have arrived at the scene to douse the fire.

    A video shared on the X page of Daily Graphic showed the firefighters working tirelessly to douse the flames.

    Thick plumes of smoke could be seen rising from the building, while fire engines and water tankers were positioned strategically to contain the blaze.

    The DTRT Group, which stands for “Do the Right Thing,” is made up of Ghanaian, American, and German entrepreneurs with a shared vision of advancing textile and apparel manufacturing in Ghana.

    The extent of damage caused by the fire and whether there are any casualties remain unclear as firefighting efforts continue.
