Artiste manager Bullgod has expressed disappointment in Ghanaians happy over the arrest of Kofi Boat

Artiste manager and entertainment pundit Bullgod has expressed disappointment in Ghanaians who are celebrating the arrest of three individuals allegedly involved in a $100 million fraud scheme.

Speaking on United Showbiz on June 21, 2025, Bullgod, who claims to have a close relationship with one of the suspects, Kofi Boat, said he finds it troubling that some netizens are rejoicing over the news of his arrest.

He emphasised that, in his view, Kofi Boat is not a fraudster, stating that it’s possible he may have been implicated in fraudulent activity without his knowledge.

“Kofi Boat is my good friend. I was in court myself to support him. My concern is about the substance of the case… The Kofi Boat I know isn’t like that. I can only say that from where I sit,” he said. Those jubilating and those disappointed over the case should give themselves time because time will vindicate those innocent and guilty,” he said.

Bullgod also expressed his support for Kofi Boat’s wife and family during this challenging time.

He further revealed that Kofi Boat’s extradition case at the magistrate court has been adjourned to July 1, 2025.

“All I will say is that my strength to Kofi Boat’s wife and family. I was there to support him and his family.

“After his lawyers and the state prosecutor argued… The judge has adjourned to July 1, 2025. The lawyers of Kofi Boat were amazing because their arguments were solid,” he added.
