    While lovers were exchanging gifts and romantic words on Valentine’s Day, acclaimed Ghanaian songstress Efya, born Jane Fara Fauzzier Afia Awindor, was exchanging vows in a private ceremony.

    Over the weekend, the Ghanaian singer became the centre of online discussions after videos of her private wedding surfaced on social media, revealing that she secretly tied the knot with Nigerian Hip Hop and R&B musician Tomi Thomas.

    In a series of videos circulating online, Efya was seen in a white gown, happily jamming to her colleagues’ R2Bees’ performances.

    Reports further indicate that the 38-year-old singer is expecting her first child.

    In the circulating videos, she was seen proudly showing off her baby bump in a stylish, tailored wedding outfit.

    The likes of Hajia4Real, King Promise, and R2Bees, among others, were reportedly present at the ceremony.
