Sarkodie was caught off guard when self-styled doomsday prophet Ebo Noah made an unplanned appearance at his 2025 Rapperholic concert, his official DJ, DJ Mensah, has revealed.
The surprise moment became one of the most talked-about incidents among events held in December 2025 in Ghana. Before the event, Noah had warned of a catastrophic flood set to strike on the same day and had promised to provide arks for those bracing for the disaster.
After Noah stepped onto the Rapperholic stage on December 25, 2025, fans and critics alike questioned why Sarkodie would give such a controversial figure a platform at a flagship concert.
Speaking with Kwame Dadzie on Joy FM’s Showbiz A-Z, DJ Mensah clarified that the rapper had no prior knowledge of Noah’s plans.
“Sarkodie was not even aware he was coming,” DJ Mensah told the host.
“Sometimes we have to surprise Sarkodie, it’s the event organizers,” he divulged.

The situation took another turn when Ebo Noah was later arrested, prompting Sarkodie to speak publicly about the development. He questioned the basis for the arrest, stressing that Noah’s actions were content creation rather than criminal behavior.
On January 2, 2026, Sarkodie posted a video on Instagram showing Ebo Noah in handcuffs being escorted into a police vehicle. He captioned it: “Don’t know exactly what my boy’s crime is, but from day one I knew he was making content, unless he’s been charged with something else.”
Ebo Noah first gained attention in late 2025 after predicting a three-year global flood that he said would begin on December 25, 2025. He shared several videos online showing himself building wooden arks in different parts of the country.
