    CAF releases 2025 competition calendar with AFCON draw confirmed

    CAF releases 2025 competition calendar with AFCON draw confirmed

    The Executive Committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the dates for various competitions in the 2025 calendar year.

    The final draw for the 2025 African Cup of Nations (AFCON), to be hosted in Morocco, will take place on January 27, 2024.

    Morocco has been confirmed as the host for the CAF U17 AFCON, scheduled for both 2025 and 2026.

    The CAF Confederation Cup final will be held in two legs on May 17 and 25, 2024, while the CAF Champions League final will take place on May 24 and June 1, 2025.

    CAF U-17 Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025

    Opening Match: March 30, 2025

    Final Match: April 19, 2025

    CAF U-20 Africa Cup of Nations Côte d’Ivoire 2025

    Opening Match: April 26, 2025

    Final Match: May 18, 2025

    CAF Confederation Cup Final 2024-25

    First Leg: May 17, 2025

    Second Leg: May 25, 2025

    CAF Champions League Final 2024-25

    First Leg: May 24, 2025

    Second Leg: June 1, 2025

    CAF Women’s Champions League 2025

    Opening Match: November 8, 2025

    Final Match: November 23, 2025

    AFCON Morocco 2025

    Opening Match: December 21, 2025

    Final Match: January 18, 2026
