Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo has disclosed that he is open to joining Arsenal or any team that is playing in the UEFA Champions League in the near future.

The 24-year-old Bournemouth attacker stated that this is what he is working towards but admits it will not come easily.

The Black Stars striker’s impressive form last season, along with his bright start to this campaign—featuring three goals and one assist—has already led to links with Arsenal, as well as Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United, and Liverpool.

In an interview with The Athletic, when asked if he is willing to sign for Arsenal in the future, the Black Stars forward said, “Yeah, any team that plays Champions League, Europa (League)—that’s the aim. I know that’s not going to come with a click of my fingers, it’s going to take some time.

“It’s going to take goals. It’s going to take a lot of consistent performances. But I’ve worked all my life for that and I’m just going to continue working hard. That’s my mentality.”

Bournemouth defeated Arsenal by two goals to zero in the English Premier League fixture at their home grounds.
