Following the final burial ceremony of the late Highlife singer Charles Kwadwo Fosu, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, several videos recorded during and after the funeral have surfaced online.
In one of the videos shared on social media, the late musician’s family head, Victor Kofi Owusu, who recently unveiled his “2Pac Movement”, explained the true meaning behind the name.
In the video, which was shared on X on December 16, 2025, Abusuapanyin Kofi Owusu stated that the nickname “2Pac” has nothing to do with the late American rapper Tupac Shakur, but rather refers to Daddy Lumba’s marital life.

According to him, the name symbolises the two spouses of the late musician, Akosua Serwaa and Odo Broni.
“Let me tell you the right thing. It is a ‘2-pack’ because he had two wives. So, it is not about 2Pac the musician. Kwadwo Fosu’s wives are two, making it a ‘2-pack,’” he explained.
The comment has since triggered mixed reactions on social media.
While some netizens have praised him for successfully organising Daddy Lumba’s burial ceremony, others have criticised him for publicly raising unnecessary issues at such a somber moment.
