    The Ga Mantse, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II has partnered with Columbus Crew Football Academy in Ohio to recruit and develop young football talents in the GaDangme traditional area.

    The partnership according to media reports will focus mainly on boys “not older than 12” who show exceptional talents in football.

    This will provide a clear and structured pathway for gifted kids in the GaDangme community to pursue football at the highest level in Europe and North America.

    In a viral video sighted by GhanaWeb Sports, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II was seen at the Columbus Crew Stadium to sign the partnership agreement aimed at creating footballing opportunities for kids in his community.

    King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II was also given a customized Columbus Crew black replica jersey with the name “Ga Mantse” boldly written at the back. His jersey had the number 25 behind it.

    The King was also given a tour at the Lower.com Field by officials of Columbus Crew Football Club.

    The Ga Mantse, in collaboration with the Columbus Crew Football Academy in Ohio, will be recruiting 12-year-old GaDangme football talents to prepare them for the professional football stage.
