    Creative artiste David Oscar Dogbe moved audiences at his recent Reggae Spot Unplugged event with a stirring remake of his hit single, “Ribidibi.”

    Stepping away from high-energy theatrics, Oscar adopted a reflective and calm disposition for the performance.

    The rendition served as a profound acknowledgment of divine grace, captivating those in attendance with its sincerity.

    The lyrics emphasised a life of constant appreciation: “Ribidibi Doom ban dey , Give JAH thanks and praise everyday… Ribidibi Doom ban dey , For blessing me with things money could not pay.”

    When asked about the inspiration behind the track, Oscar stressed the necessity of humility and spiritual dependence on God.

    “Can man ever say he can thrive without his Maker? For all the tangible and intangible blessings we enjoy, we must duly acknowledge the source,” he remarked.

    David Oscar, once celebrated in Ghanaian stand-up comedy, has successfully transitioned into a respected figure in the reggae scene.

    His musical evolution has seen him collaborate with industry heavyweights and release of a string of records.

    His growing discography includes notable tracks such as: “Onyame Wo Mu”, “Monalisa”, “Get There One Day” (feat. Afriyie Wutah), “We Are The Light” (feat. Shasha Marley).
