Ghanaian gospel musician Diana Asamoah has replied Cecilia Marfo after the latter took to social media on February 4, 2025, to lambast her for criticising Prophet Ogyaba.
In a video posted on social media on February 5, 2025, Diana Asamoah stated that every curse Cecilia Marfo had placed on her would not manifest.
She emphasised that if Cecilia knows how to pray in tongues, she should pray for her husband’s return.
“I know that what happened to Ogyaba can happen to me, but with the grace of God, it won’t manifest. That is why you have to live a righteous life… God has brought some people into your life to correct them when they are going wrong. Recently, I saw Cecilia Marfo on social media speaking in big tongues and cursing me. Let me tell you that your tongues can’t curse me. Provided what I said is the truth, your curses won’t manifest,” she said.
She added, “If you know how to speak in tongues and curse others, then pray so your husband, who has abandoned you, returns home. If you want to trend on social media, do it with another person, but if you bring it to me, I will reveal your bad deeds. Ever since you started burying the destinies of others for your music to thrive, have you seen yours going down?”
Diana Asamoah said her loyalty cannot not be bought with material things, adding that Cecilia Marfo had been blinded by the money Prophet Ogyaba had given her.
“You think you are the only one who can cry. Recently, Ogyaba spread money on you, so you can’t tell him the truth. Know that he will repeat the same thing he did to others. I can’t be blinded from speaking the truth because of favours,” she said.
What Cecilia Marfo said
Recently, in a video circulating on social media, Cecilia Marfo slammed Diana Asamoah about her stern criticism of Prophet Ogyaba following his sexual marital affair with a side chick.
Cecilia Marfo declared that her colleague, Diana Asamoah, would soon face a situation worse than what Prophet Ogyaba is currently going through.
“What will happen to you will be worse than what he is going through. I believe in God, and I know that will happen. You are doing things that could make someone backslide. You have a big mouth, but I know God will punish you soon… When we come online, sometimes we don’t reflect God’s greatness in our lives. We’ve ignored God. David was a sinner, and he even had his way with someone’s wife,” she said.
