A newlywed bride took a subtle jab at her ex-boyfriend at her traditional wedding ceremony, hinting that he had missed out on a great opportunity.

In a celebratory moment, the master of the ceremony locally known as Alaga Iduro was cheering the bride and her bridesmaids by singing an indigenous Yoruba song related to achieving greatness after a loss.

The Alaga @ayoolu.alaga wrote,

“When God brings your ex replacement, you’ll know you lost nothing 💯😌❤️”

The master of the ceremony rejoiced with the bride, singing how the wedding had caused her to forget her previous relationship. The bride was triggered to call out her ex-boyfriend, Niyi, and count his loss.

With a hand gesture, she implied that Niyi had suffered the loss of not getting married to her.

According to viewers, calling out her ex-boyfriend’s name is equivalent to stating that she hasn’t moved on.

Some suggested calling off the wedding due to the bride’s inappropriate behavior, while others asserted that Niyi may have caused the bride several problems during their previous relationship.

Below are some reactions,
