Former Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has been told to continue to be who is and remain steadfast in his quest to lead the NPP to victory and ultimately serve the country as President.

During his tour of the Western North Region, as part of his national campaign tour ahead of the NPP primaries, Dr Bawumia’s character has come in focus, with a number of party executives commending his humility, decency and other leadership values, they believe will carry him far.

‘It is you we know’ – Western North Region unites in support of Bawumia

“You are adored and loved because of your humility and good character,” the NPP’s Constituency Chairman for Bia East said on Wednesday, amid chants of approval from constituents.

The Chairman, like many, said, Bawumia has remained decent throughout the campaign, inspite of attacks against his person by his opponents.

“Inspite of all the attacks against you, you don’t even respond and this part of the reason why here in Bia East, we are resolved to vote for you again. Others in other places also love you because of this.,” he added.

“We commend you for your decency and humility. Let them continue to say whatever they want to say about you. What their wish is will never be the case. Continue to be who you are and victory will be yours.”
