Ghanaian actor and football administrator Yaw Dabo has taken legal action against his colleague Oboy Siki over comments he considers defamatory.

Reports indicate that the two actors were involved in a football match held in Yaw Dabo’s hometown, which was attended by several other actors. During the game, disagreements reportedly sprung up between Yaw Dabo and Oboy Siki over money-related issues.

Following the match, Oboy Siki returned to Kumasi, where he granted an interview to GhPage.

During the interview, he allegedly made several insulting remarks about Yaw Dabo.

According to Oboy Siki, Yaw Dabo is even incapable of impregnating a woman.

He further claimed that Yaw Dabo is selfish and not man enough to get married. These comments, which later circulated on social media, reportedly did not sit well with Yaw Dabo.

Sources say Yaw Dabo was deeply disappointed by the remarks, prompting his management to take the matter to court. As a result, a lawsuit has been filed against Oboy Siki for defamation of character.

Yaw Dabo, the plaintiff in the case and has officially released a letter confirming the legal action against Oboy Siki.
