Amber Flora, a wrestler who often performs as Amber Nova, has been arrested on charges of drunk driving and refusing to submit to a DUI test.

The 34-year-old veteran of Impact Wrestling, All Elite Wrestling and the WWE-owned NXT was booked in Orlando at 5.40am, according to jail records. She was released at 10am after being charged with two misdemeanors.

She attended her first hearing on Saturday in Orlando and is due back in court on November 2.

These days, Flora performs with Shine Wrestling, an independent women’s promotion based in New York. She’s also a regular on Florida’s Real Radio 1041 and makes regular appearances at muscle car rallies across the country.

A former emergency medical technician, Flora began wrestling around 2015 when she tried out for the WWE Tough Enough series. Although she fell short in that attempt, she did ultimately work with several fledgling circuits before performing with Impact Wrestling in 2017.

Flora did not immediately respond to The Daily Mail’s request for comment.

A misdemeanor DUI conviction in Florida can result in up to a year in jail with fines ranging from $500 to $2,000.

Much of Flora’s work these days appears to be as an influencer. Her Instagram posts typically promote her wrestling and radio endeavors, but also include plugs for businesses, such as tire companies and other auto-part suppliers.

She also works as a model for live events.
