Reggae musician and media personality, Blakk Rasta, has expressed disappointment in the traders at Adum market for accepting gifts from Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the 2024 running mate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He explained that NAPO’s donation to the traders at the Adum Central Market is a ploy to win their sympathy ahead of the upcoming elections.
Speaking on his show on 3FM on April 3, 2025, Blakk Rasta said, “In fact, when the devil comes speaking to you about honesty becareful. Also, if the devil suddenly becomes kind heart, he has a plan to bury you alive. NAPO is a devil.”
“Those people at Adum market, if you accepted donations from NAPO then you have accepted gifts from the devil. Today NAPO knows that power is used over humans and not animals, and he has now become the political counselor of the nation,” he said.
He added that he in particular, would never accept any gift from the former running mate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
“I would not accept any gift from a demon like this guy even at the point of death if NAPO’s blood is what will save me, I would suddenly become a Jehova witness.
“I am saying that if NAPO’s blood is what can save me to the point of death, I reject it in the mighty name of Jesus. After insulting Ghanaians and the very first leader of this nation, you now know that power is used on humans and not animals. Ghanaians becareful whose advice you seek because the devil can also give advice,” he added.
