Ghanaian musician, Kelvyn Boy
Kelvyn Boy, frustrated by what he perceives as Stonebwoy’s continued attempts to belittle, defame, and block any potential reconciliation, has angrily lashed out on social media.
The outburst follows recent allegations raised by Stonebwoy, which he claims are the reasons behind the fallout with Kelvyn Boy several years ago.
Despite the years of separation, Kelvyn Boy has repeatedly tried to mend their relationship, often using media platforms to reach out.
At one point, he even publicly knelt and begged Stonebwoy to let go of the past and reconcile. However, Stonebwoy has remained adamant in his refusal to engage or reconcile with him.
Since their split, Stonebwoy has stayed silent on the issue, refusing to discuss it even during media interviews.
However, in a recent discussion with Angel FM’s Ike De Unpredictable, Stonebwoy was asked why he has not accepted Kelvyn Boy’s ‘peace offerings’.
His first response was sharp and dismissive, “Take your eyes off that situation. I don’t want to dwell on it. Call D-Black and have this conversation with him. He will tell you everything you need to know. Call Papa Logy and D-Black; they will give you a rundown of how everything panned out.”
Stonebwoy also made some serious allegations, saying, “I don’t hold anything against him, but he will never get close to me again. It will never happen. It was God who took me out of whatever happened between us. God saw that my heart was pure, and He took me out. It was God who saved me. You would have heard I was dead.”
In response, a visibly upset Kelvyn Boy has questioned whether Stonebwoy isn’t tired of his constant defamation and resentment towards him.
The former Burniton Music Group signee also claimed that Stonebwoy has consistently sabotaged his career, preventing him from reaching the heights he believes he deserves in the industry.
Kelvyn Boy vented, “What exactly do you want from me? You’ve defamed me, turned the majority of Ghanaians against me, acting like you’re a saint who can do no wrong. I can’t rise to the heights I should be at because of your ‘mafia tactics.’ But grace is still speaking for me regardless. So what? Your attack in Phase 1 didn’t work.”
Addressing Stonebwoy’s recent allegations, Kelvyn Boy responded, “You want to spark death rumours now? Lmaoo. What can an Akan boy do to an ‘Ayigbe Mafia’ like you? Control your paranoia, badman.”
About Stonebwoy and Kelvyn Boy’s split
In January 2019, Stonebwoy parted ways with his mentee Kelvyn Boy after the latter was officially signed to Burniton Music Group in 2018.
Their split was reportedly due to misunderstandings that arose during their time together.
According to reports, although there was an option for Stonebwoy to renew the contract, Kelvyn Boy’s misconduct shown during his time with the BHIM Nation boss led to him deciding to end the relationship.
