Head coach of Asante Kotoko, Prosper Narteh Ogum, has admitted that his team will face a very good side this weekend when they face off with FC Samartex.

The Porcupine Warriors will lock horns with the defending league champions on Sunday, October 20.

Ahead of what will be a Week Seven encounter, Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum has noted that Asante Kotoko will have to be at their best to stand any chance of winning.

He is wary of the threat posed by FC Samartex, especially in the structure of the team.

“I think Samartex is a very good side. A well-structured side. In terms of their arrangements on the field, you see that they have a structure and a style. They are a good side,” the coach of Asante Kotoko said.

Coach Prosper Ogum continued, “We just have to be confident, we have to be determined, and we have to be composed. We are playing at home. The support will be behind us. The players have to believe that it is doable. We are confident, and I believe that we can get the job done,” the Kotoko coach said.

Sunday’s match between Asante Kotoko and FC Samartex will kick off at 3 pm at Len Clay Sports Stadium.
