Heart of Lions midfielder Anthony Owusu has stated that the players are ready to give everything for a win against Legon Cities FC in their upcoming Ghana Premier League match this weekend.

Speaking to the club’s media team in a pre-match interview, Owusu said the team has prepared well and is determined to secure all three points.

“For the game against Legon Cities, we have trained well and we are ready for Sunday. We all want the three points, and we are working hard to make sure we secure them,” the midfielder said.

The match between Legon Cities FC and Heart of Lions is scheduled for Sunday, April 27.

Beyond just securing a win against Legon Cities FC, Anthony Owusu and his teammates are aiming to clinch the Ghana Premier League title by the end of the season.

“Our position on the league table is not bad. What we need to do is try and win all our home matches and pick up some points away as well, to improve our chances of winning the league,” Owusu added.
