The Technical Advisor of the Black Stars, Winfried Schafer, amused the entire playing body with his dance skills during his initiation.
The German coach joined Jerry Afriyie on the dance floor, where they performed the basic salsa dance routine.
While they were dancing, the players and members of the technical team who were amused by their dancing skills burst into laughter.
The German coach’s physicality and ability to twist and turn in such a manner caught the public’s attention when the video surfaced online.
The initiation night is part of the team’s culture, aimed at familiarizing and entertaining themselves to ease pressure as they prepare for the crucial World Cup qualifiers.
The Black Stars will face Chad on March 21, 2025, at the Accra Sports Stadium before facing Madagascar in an away fixture on March 24, 2025.
Ghana have nine points in Group I which consists of Comoros, Madagascar, Mali, Chad and Central African Republic.
