    Accra Hearts of Oak cruised past lower-tier side Immigration FC with a 4-0 victory in the Round of 64 of the MTN FA Cup on Sunday, December 1, 2024.

    The Phobians dominated the match at the University of Ghana Stadium, with Mawuli Wayo scoring twice and Stephen Asare and Martin Karikari adding one goal each to seal the emphatic win.

    After a goalless first half, Hearts of Oak broke the deadlock in the 53rd minute through Karikari.

    Wayo extended the lead for the Rainbow Lads with two quick goals in six minutes, giving the home side complete control. Asare then capped off the dominant performance with a late goal just minutes before full-time.

    Following their comfortable victory, Hearts of Oak have advanced to the Round of 32 of the competition.
