Ghanaian Afrobeats superstar King Promise delivered a show-stopping performance on Friday, June 13, 2025, at the Bukom Boxing Arena, leaving fight fans and music lovers entertained during the much-anticipated “Battle of the Beasts” boxing spectacle.

The event, organized by Sharaf Mahama’s Legacy Rise Sport in collaboration with British boxing legend Amir Khan, saw the historic arena filled to capacity as supporters flocked to cheer on their favorite boxers.

Stepping onto the ring-side stage in a sleek designer jacket, King Promise brought the audience to their feet with hits like “CCTV,” “Selfish”, and “Paris.”

Among the distinguished guests in attendance were industrialist Ibrahim Mahama, actress and entrepreneur Fella Makafui, rapper Kofi Kinaata, music impresario D-Black, and actress Jackie Appiah, all of whom were spotted cheering passionately from ringside seats.

The bout itself was a spectacle. Abu Kamako, nicknamed “Ambitious Tilapia” and son of former boxing icon Bukom Banku, claimed a unanimous-decision victory over Stephen Ackon, where all three judges scored the bout 60‑54 in his favour, despite a slow start and heavy punches from Ackon, extending his undefeated streak to 4-0.
