EXCLUSIVE
A serial creep’s shocking catalogue of vile sexual offences have been revealed after he was caught on CCTV having sex at a major shopping centre.
Joshua Gardner, 38, from Hazelbrook in the Blue Mountains, was arrested on November 26 for a string of sex crimes at Penrith Westfield, in Sydney‘s west.
According to police facts seen by Daily Mail Australia, Gardner and a mystery woman initially stripped to have sex near the complex’s southern doorway on November 20.
While still completely naked, the couple walked to a nearby garden bed, where they began having sex again.
The outrageous act – which was captured on security footage – lasted 30 minutes before the pair got dressed again and fled the scene.
Police arrested Gardner six days later at 7am on November 26 and charged him with wilful and obscene exposure and offensive behaviour.
But less than an hour after he was granted bail, Gardner returned to the mall and began openly masturbating.
According to the police facts, Gardner was released from custody at 10.20am and was back at Westfield by 11am, laying down in a smoking area near one of the exits.

Under his strict bail conditions, he had been barred him from entering Penrith Local Government Area unless attending court, seeing a lawyer, or receiving medical attention.
But Gardner immeditately reurned to the busy shopping centre and sat masturbating on the pavement outside, with his pants pulled down, as he ogled women who walked past.
He eventually pulled up his trousers and left the scene, but returned to the same smoking area at 2pm, where he was located by police officers and arrested.
According to the police facts, Gardner denied he had been masturbating – but then began touching himself again while in the back of the paddy wagon.
Once back at the police station, he was also observed with his hands in his pants playing with himself while in custody in his cell.
Gardner faced Penrith Local Court on December 10, where prosecutors noted he had a ‘lengthy history with police’.
He has previously been charged on 69 separate occasions, for property offences, trespassing, drugs, obscene exposure, and multiple breaches of bail.
Gardner has also had 11 arrest warrants out against him and had carried out a series of bizarre break-ins at the shopping centre the night before he was arrested, said prosecutors.
Gardner went to Flight Centre in Penrith Westfield at 9:06pm on November 25 and climbed over a 2m security gate barricading the entrance way, according to facts tendered to court.

Gardner also admitted to breaking into the Flight Centre store the night before his arrest
He also jumped over the counter to gain access to the Donut King store (pictured)
At the time, the centre’s main doors were still open but many shops were closed.
Once he was inside the travel store, he loitered for a short period of time before climbing back over the fence.
He then jumped over the counter at the nearby Donut King then just stood behind the counter, according to the police facts.
He performed that same sequence of actions twice before leaving the shopping centre a short time later.
Two weeks before that incident, on November 16, he also broke into the centre’s Boost Juice store and stood behind the counter, according to the police facts.
The court heard that Gardner is currently homeless and has been sleeping in a makeshift tent at Triangle Park, which is across the road from the Westfield.
The prosecution argued Gardner will not comply with bail conditions and ‘continues to commit offences within the community’, and has ‘no regards for the standards which are accepted by the general public’.
Although the sexual intercourse incident happened late at night, the prosecution noted the area where it took place is ‘open to and used by the public and workers of the Westfield’.

Gardner pleaded guilty to five offences relating to the sex incident, public masturbation, and break-ins.
Magistrate Gregory Moore fined Gardner $400 for having sex outside the shopping centre and convicted him without penalty for three counts of entering proscribed premises without a lawful excuse.
For masturbating in public, Magistrate Moore sentenced Gardner to spend 14 days in prison. He was released from jail on December 20.
Police have been unable to identify Gardner’s sexual partner and no charges have been laid against her.
