Ghanaian media personality, Adwoa Asuama, otherwise known as GH Mouthpiece, has said she does not see the need of going to church.

She disclosed why she stopped going to church in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM which Zionfelix.net monitored.

GH Mouthpiece argued that there’s no place called the house of God, sitting on a plot of land. She explained that such a place is a gathering place—which is even turning into a marketplace and others.

To her, the human body is rather the temple or house of God.

GH Mouthpiece stated that what one does with his or her body is more important than going to church.

The media personality also shared the painful experience that made her stop going to church.

As a chorister who played a role as an usher during a wedding ceremony, she recalled how badly she was treated after something was missing.

Due to the bad treatment, she vowed not to step foot at any church again. Even after they found out that she was innocent, she said the church did not reach out to her.

GH Mouthpiece could not hold back her tears when recounting the experience.

Watch a video of her statement below.
