A man who is reported to be the father of popular Ghanaian TikToker Hayford Boateng, widely known as GhKKobby, has left many shocked with some remarks he has made following the arrest of his son after he allegedly shot and kĩlled his girlfriend, Philipa Frimpong, who was known by many online as Yaa Baby.
In a video we have seen on the social media handles of GH Page, the father of GhKobby was seen addressing the family of Yaa Baby after he went to sympatize with them during this difficult moment
During the visit, he pleaded with the family of Yaa Baby to let calm prevail during this painful moment to ensure they all do their best to find her a peaceful place of rest.
He father noted that God knows best in such moments and shockingly added that for his son being in jail now, it is good. “…As for my son, wherever he is right now, it’s good,” he emphatically stated.
He went on to add that “Yaa Baby didn’t deserve to die, so wherever my son is, he should also stay there. I hope the family will give us the opportunity to be involved in the burial ceremony.”

It will be noted that earlier reports disclosed that the tragedy unfolded in Yeji in the Bono East Region after GH Kobby, Yaa Baby, and two companions, Kojo Emmanuel and Michael Kabutey—l, were seen enjoying a meal together.
Moments later, GH Kobby reportedly retrieved a firearm from his vehicle, intending to fire warning shots, but fatally shot Yaa Baby in the arm instead.
She was then rushed to the St. Mathias Hospital but tragically died from her injuries.
