Lawyer William Kusi, the legal representative for Akosua Serwaa, the first wife of late Ghanaian highlife legend Daddy Lumba, has dismissed rumours claiming that he is sick and bedridden.
The rumours reportedly surfaced amid ongoing tensions and public exchanges between supporters of Daddy Lumba’s two wives following the musician’s passing.
Some individuals believed to be aligned with “Team Odo Broni,” including TikToker Freda Afriyie, allegedly claimed that the lawyer had been left bedridden due to an undisclosed illness.
In response to the claims, Lawyer William Kusi addressed the issue in a recent interview shared on the TikTok page of Akoto Trends, where he categorically denied the allegations.
According to him, the reports about his health were completely false and unfounded.
He stated clearly that he is in good health and continuing with his normal activities.
The lawyer also revealed that the rumours caused unnecessary concern among his relatives and friends, many of whom contacted him to verify the information after hearing the claims circulating online.
He noted that the misinformation had created panic among people close to him.
Lawyer Kusi urged the public, especially his followers and loved ones, to disregard the rumours and avoid spreading unverified information.
His clarification comes at a time when discussions surrounding Daddy Lumba’s family continue to generate attention on social media.
