The KGL Foundation has commissioned a newly renovated twenty four seater water closet toilet facility for the Boys’ Dormitories of the Presbyterian Senior High Technical School at Adukrom in the Okere District of the Eastern Region.
The project which is an upgrade of a twelve seater facility will address critical sanitation needs, as well as complement two earlier mechanized boreholes provided by the foundation to the school. In an interview, the Foundation’s Head of Programs, Nii Ankonu Annorbah-Sarpei disclosed that the upgrade underscores KGL Foundation’s commitment to students welfare and educational infrastructure.
He added that the Foundation, which is the corporate social responsibility arm of the KGL Group, aims to drive sustainable social impact through strategic interventions in Health, Education, Entrepreneurship and Youth Empowerment, Arts, Culture and Sports. Mr. Annorbah-Sarpei said, the Foundation’s investments are basically to transform the lives of Ghanaians.
The Headmistress of the school, Mary Lomokie Amlalo was grateful to KGL Foundation for the gesture, noting that the old facility was in a very deplorable state. She promised that the school authority would ensure that the facility is well maintained to benefit others.

The project which is a direct response to the school’s call is a modern water closet system which will benefit over one thousand male students of the Adukrom Presbyterian Senior High Technical School.
