Ghanaian photography duo Samuel and Emmanuel Appiah Gyan, known popularly as Twinsdntbeg, are set to headline the 10-year anniversary of the prestigious Warwick Africa Summit alongside Grammy award-winning artiste Eve.

Marking a major milestone not only in their careers but also for Ghana’s growing creative influence on the global stage.

The Summit, hosted at the University of Warwick, will take place on February 28 and March 1, 2026, under the theme “Mti ukiwa umeungana hauvunjiki” meaning “A bundle of sticks is unbreakable.”

The proverb reflects unity and collective strength, values that strongly align with Twinsdntbeg’s work and journey.

For the internationally acclaimed duo, this invitation represents more than a speaking engagement. It is a recognition of years of dedication to reshaping how African stories are told through visual art.

Known for their bold, intimate, and culturally grounded storytelling, Twinsdntbeg have consistently spotlighted African identity in ways that challenge stereotypes and celebrate authenticity

Their participation also places Ghana in a positive international light. At a time when conversations about Africa are expanding beyond politics and economics to include culture, tourism, and creative leadership, Twinsdntbeg’s presence reinforces Ghana’s reputation as a hub of artistic excellence.

It demonstrates that Ghanaian creatives are not just participating in global conversations; they are leading them.

Over the years, Ghana has gained international recognition for its music, fashion, and art industries. Twinsdntbeg’s headline appearance adds to this momentum, showing that Ghana’s creative export is deeply rooted and influential.

For the duo, this moment stands as both an achievement and a responsibility to continue telling stories that inspire, challenge perceptions, and open doors for the next generation of Ghanaian creatives.

And for Ghana, it is yet another reminder that its creative voices are resonating far beyond its borders.
