While Thanksgiving Dinner may be the one time partisan politics is avoided like grandma’s lumpy gravy, there’s always a debate over who gets an invitation to the table at all.

New polling data reveals the ultimate holiday hierarchy: Donald Trump is the choice for Americans’ dream Thanksgiving guest.

An analysis of new polling data from Daily Mail and J.L. Partners shows that Americans chose Trump over Barack Obama.

Out of 841 total responses, Trump was chosen by 24 percent of respondents, while Obama was chosen by 15 percent.

Former Vice President Kamala Harris and Vice President JD Vance followed in third and fourth place, respectively.

This strong showing for the current President sets the stage for a deeper look into Americans’ holiday preferences, with yet another national poll delivering a much more complicated judgement on the rest of the political media world.

The exclusive survey sampled 1,246 registered voters online in the United States with a 3 percent margin of error. It found that while Trump may top his presidential rival, a majority of Americans would still rather not host him for the holiday.

The polls most brutal revelation shows that when forced to choose between two iconic couples—Donald and Melania Trump, or Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his romantic partner, Katy Perry—a whopping 35 percent of all respondents said ‘neither.’

Only 32 percent of Americans opted to spend the holiday with the Trumps, while 26 percent chose the Trudeau-Perry duo

Out of 841 total responses, Trump was chosen by 24.49 percent of respondents, while Obama was chosen by 14.74 percent

Only 32 percent of Americans opted to spend the holiday with the Trumps, while 26 percent chose the Trudeau-Perry duo.

Despite the clear snub against him as part of a couple, Trump remains the top choice when Americans are asked to select just one politician to spend Thanksgiving with.

The poll also ranked popular media personalities, asking voters to select who they would most and least like to spend Thanksgiving with.

Overall, conservative commentator Ben Shapiro was the most wanted guest, with 24 percent of all respondents voting him in as winner. His win was almost tied, neck-to-neck with Candace Owens at 23 percent.

Tucker Carlson took third place with 18 percent of the vote.

However, Republicans themselves offered a contrasting view, naming Laura Ingraham as their top choice at 23 percent, closely followed by Tucker Carlson at 22 percent and Candace Owens at 19 percent.

Republicans intriguingly placed Shapiro at the bottom of their preferred list, with 22 percent saying he was the one they would least like to spend the holiday with.

Finally, the poll reveals an amusing look into which Thanksgiving roles Americans would trust the former President to handle.

The results suggest he is better left on the receiving end of the family toast, rather than doing any heavy lifting.

Americans would least trust Trump with making dessert, with 45 percent saying they would not trust him at all with the task.

Similarly, he was poorly trusted with decorating the house, even given all his White House renovations. He was also voted as poorly trusted with setting the table.

His highest trust rating was for giving the thanksgiving toast and in second place, carving the turkey.

It seems Americans prefer Trump to talk the talk, but he’s strictly barred from the kitchen this holiday season.
