Transgender YouTuber Chris Chan has shocked her followers by hinting at a possible pregnancy during a livestream.
Chan, 42, who also goes by the name Christine Weston Chandler, is a vlogger well known for her webcomic series about a character named Sonichu who is a mix of Pikachu and Sonic the Hedgehog.
She faced 10 years in prison when she was arrested at her home in Virginia in August 2021 accused of having an incestuous relationship with her 82-year-old mother, Barbara.
The case was dismissed by a judge two years later in August 2023, after Chandler’s attorneys filed a motion that suggested she had an autism disorder.
During a recent livestream recorded by internet forum Kiwi Farms, Chandler was asked, ‘When will you announce the child you’re having?’
‘When the child, when the child is actually coming into play for summer/ somewhere around that point or I just might keep y’all in the dark and let y’all know until and wait till after the child is born,’ Chandler replied.
The surprise revelation sent fans and critics of Chandler into an uproar questioning if it was even true.
‘Oh boy… gonna have to wait and see what happens,’ one person said.

‘Well, I didn’t have that on my 2024 bingo card,’ said another.
Others expressed their concern for the unborn child given Chandler’s criminal history including the 2021 arrest for incest and a prior 2014 arrest for spraying a GameStop employee with mace after he reportedly told her to leave.
‘Believe me, NOBODY is jealous of Chris. If this turns out to be true, I’m concerned for the kid more than anything. Chris can’t even take care himself so the chances of him being able to support himself, his girlfriend, AND their potentially unborn child are literally zero,’ one person said.
‘If I had a nickel for every time I was terrified about the potential life of an unborn child, I would have two nickels, which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice,’ said a second.
Some speculated if Chandler was having a child with her supposed girlfriend, a woman called Flutter. The two allegedly met while Chandler was incarcerated at the Central Virginia Regional Jail.
‘PLEASE tell me the rumors I’m hearing about Chris Chan getting that girl flutter pregnant are not true please,’ a person said.
Bodycam footage of Chandler’s 2021 arrest resurfaced showing the moment police told Chandler they had a warrant for her arrest and put her in handcuffs.
‘Do not fight or you will get tasered,’ one officer said.
Chandler complied, but warned officers her ‘husband’ was present ‘right on the opposite side of the universe-veil… punching [officers] to let you know’ he was there.
‘If any of y’all has been feeling a punch-like sensation on your leg, that is my husband,’ she said.
She asked one of the officers if he felt the punch, but he told her he did not.
‘Is there anyone else in the room with you?’ he asked.
Chandler said: ‘Interdimensionally. You can’t tangibly see them.’
The officer asked Chandler to clarify whether a ‘physical person’ was in the room, to which she said: ‘From this universe? No.’
Chandler’s arrest came just days after a phone call was leaked on an instant messaging platform, on which a person believed to be Chandler seemingly admitted to having sex with her elderly mother, who is believed to have dementia.
During the eight-minute conversation, Chandler apparently tells a friend that it was her mother, Barbara, who ‘made the first move,’ leading the two to kiss, according to the audio file, which Newsweek reported.

Chandler allegedly claimed she approached the situation with ‘care and caution’ after years of harboring sexual feelings toward her mother, and even having dreams of having sex with her.
‘She was partially confused at one point, but then she came around, obviously,’ Chandler is allegedly heard saying on the call.
As the call continues, the person said to be Chandler says that she and her mother now have a ‘routine’ where they have sex ‘every third night’, and that her mother enjoys it.
Toward the end of the recording, Chandler apparently tells her friend: ‘God… said this was okay.’
The authenticity of the call was never publicly verified.
