A viral video of media personality Deloris Frimpong Manso, popularly known as Delay, and actress Fella Makafui selling bread on the streets of Accra has ignited a flurry of mixed reactions online.

The clip, filmed at East Legon, showed the two celebrities energetically promoting “Delay Bread,” a brand owned by the media giant.

The duo were in high spirits as they actively engaged customers and were spotted dancing, even shaking their bodies after making sales.

However, it was their choice of outfit that became the point of the online discourse.

‘I’m a soft girl; you stress me, I vanish’ – Fella Makafui

Both women were seen in form-fitting gym wear. Delay in a purple shorts-and-tank-top set and Makafui in a similar brown ensemble.

The video quickly divided social media users, with one camp applauding the stars for their hands-on approach to business promotion.

But a significant portion of critics took issue with the attire, arguing that it was unnecessarily revealing and detracted from the business message.

Critics stated that the outfits sexualised the promotional act, with some comments suggesting that a different clothing would have been more appropriate for the context.
